Return Procedures:


All returns must be submitted through Email All returns must be accompanied by a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number which may be obtained after email submission prior to shipping the defective or rejected Product to Urban Cell Repair. An RMA operates as a validation of the ESN/IMEI/Serial number of the Product and, once validated, as an authorization to the merchant to ship the Product back to Urban Cell Repair. Once an ESN/IMEI/Serial number is validated, the Customer will be provided with a Packing Slip. The Packing Slip must be included in the return package and the RMA number must be displayed on the package. The Customer must return the approved Product within five (5) business days once the request is submitted, approved and an RMA and Packing Slip are issued. Failure to ship within five (5) business days will result in a void RMA. A Product must be returned in the same cosmetic condition (no cracks, scratches, dents, or other cosmetic defects) as at the time of purchase along with all original accessories (chargers, case, headphones, user manuals/ literature) in their original condition and in their original package. The UPC label must be present and readable on the original box or package displaying the accurate IMEI/IMEID/Serial number(s).

All Returns should be shipped to: 7240 Muirfield Drive, Suite 160, Dublin, OH 43017 All Products returned must be sent via traceable means and the customer must provide a valid tracking number to Urban Cell Repair. Failure to provide a valid tracking number will result in a void RMA. The customer is responsible to ensure that the returned Product is well protected and packed securely and the risk of loss and title remains with the customer until the Product is received. All return packages shipped must contain a copy of the RMA request with the RMA number appearing on at least two surfaces on the shipping package. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipment charges in case the return of the Product is rejected. The customer shall keep a record of the tracking number in addition to the RMA provided.

Upon receipt of the returned Product, Urban Cell Repair shall inspect and test the Product. Products found not to be eligible for return will be rejected and returned to the customer, at the customer’s expense, or destroyed. A returned Product will be rejected if, in Urban cell repar’s determination, the information provided on the RMA is inconsistent with the condition of the Product upon its receipt by Urban Cell Repair. (i.e. Items received do not match what was stated in the authorized RMA, inspection does not validate the provided “Reason of return”), or the Product is water damaged, was misused or abused or is missing parts. It may take up to ten (10) business days to process the return. A merchant’s sole and exclusive remedy for the non-conformance of any Product accepted as a valid return within the Return Period shall be, at Urban Cell Repair election, (i) Urban Cells repair’s repair or correction of the nonconformance or defect, without charge and returning the Product to the merchant at Urban Cell Repair’s expense (ii) Urban Cell Repair furnishing the customer, without charge, with a replacement for the non-conforming, damaged or defective Product, or (iii) Urban Cell Repair’s reimbursement to merchant for the purchase price of the non-conforming or defective Product. Urban Cell Repair will charge back any rebates paid for successfully returned and refunded Products. Urban Cell Repair shall not be liable for defects caused by abuse or misuse of the Products. Only inactive Products may be validated. An RMA for a Product which has been previously activated may be issued on a case by case basis. To obtain an RMA for an activated product, please submit the request by email to Products not purchased through Urban Cell Repair are not eligible for returns. Except for Urban Cell Repair’s direct costs in repairing, correcting or replacing any non-conforming or defective Product, Urban Cell Repair shall not be liable for any other expense connected with the repair, correction or replacement of any Product or for any special, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages. IN NO EVENT SHALL A CUSTOMER BE ENTITLED TO ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, TREBLE OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, FROM URBAN CELL REPAIR, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER URBAN CELL REPAIR IS ADVISED OF ANY SUCH POSSIBILITY. Emails received overnight will be answered during business hours. Claims for a breach of the manufacturer’s, carrier’s or other vendor’s warranty for any Product must be referred to the applicable manufacturer, carrier and handled in accordance with such manufacture’s, carrier’s instructions. Urban Cell Repair is not responsible for the handling of any such warranty claims.
